The Hole in the Wall is a coffee joint buried amongst a tumble of industrial buildings backed against the Northeast Corridor. There is no seating inside the Hole in the Wall. You walk through the doorway, stand in line, order your coffee (or cup of chili...whatever) and get out. The smells of burgers frying, chili cooking and coffee brewing permeate the air. Service with a smile? You bet! NEXT!!! LARK Model Works offers this simple to complete N Scale building that will serve many purposes. Its small footprint and utilitarian design suggests many uses for small businesses. It can be a realty office in the country or a greasy spoon shoe-horned between buildings like Superior Seafood (below). It makes a nice yard office! The model is a one piece undecorated resin casting. The kit includes appropriate signage, decorations, materials for awning frame and roof turbine. The photo shows a painted casting with roof turbine installed being prepared for final decorating. Price: $14.95

Superior Seafood makes the connection between the ocean's bounty and the dinner table. Located on the Northeast Corridor, Superior Seafood distributes prepared fish from their freezer to near and distant markets. Superior Seafood offers only temporary storage for the high volume of fish demanded daily. A steady turnover of rail cars and truck traffic will be required. Of course with a bit of creativity this building can easily be used for other purposes. Just a change of the signage and this property can become any commercial interest your village, town or city requires (body shop, trucking garage/depot, a general contractor...). The pre-production sample is shown being test fitted for Grandt LineTM castings which can be painted and separately applied. The main and truck loading buildings are separate one piece undecorated resin castings. You may join them as the prototype or separate them for use as any type of commercial buildings.
