We like N Scale. We run N Scale. We build N Scale. We make N Scale.

LARK Model Works is about the creation of N Scale structures and details that are not produced by the mass marketers.

LARK Model Works is Laura, my wife and me, Mark.

The selection of buildings and details I decided to manufacture is based on their functionality and appeal. Some of the details provided in my kits require a bit of hand crafting. I consider this a plus for modelers of all skill levels. It gives you a chance to bend some wire or mix different materials to "create".

LARK Model Work kits are quite different than the "run of the mill". They are based on actual American architecture. There are countless sources for N Scale structures that have flooded the market for years. I decided to make a couple of structures that appealed to me and were not available. I am proud to offer something different.
Our kits are offered in limited quantities. You will not see them on everyone's layout.

LARK Model Works kits have been so well received at the train shows we have attended that we are getting geared up to release several more kits and combinations of existing items. Previously they have only been available at trains shows. Look for changes and more offerings on the web site. It takes quite a bit of effort to keep things up to date and too often there is little time left for the fun stuff like posting new items and pictures. We will keep trying.
